Pressing  Instructions .  Set your heat press to 300-325 degrees ,and press for 10-20 seconds  .  Pre Press your garment to get out wrinkles & moisture ( only for a few seconds)  Hot peel .Take a Teflon sheet and press the garment again for 20 .
